Grilled Turkey Sliders w/Chipotle Mayonnaise
1 pound ground turkey
2 green onions, chopped fine2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon chipotle Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon garlic
12 small Hawaiian rolls, split in half
DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients. Let mixture set in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Form into 12 small 1/2-inch thick burgers. Brush the grill grates with olive oil with a clean tea towel to keep the turkey from sticking. Grill the patties for 4 minutes, and then flip and continue to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. Place the rolls on warmer rack to toast during the last 3 minutes of grilling. To assemble burgers, place a patty between the buns and top with chipotle mayonnaise (see below).
Chipotle Mayonnaise
1 cup mayonnaise1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
dash of garlic powder
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
