I experiment and try new things. Changing an ingredient and/or adding something new to a recipe is something I do often....but sometimes I
don't change a thing. The way I make my lasagna is one such recipe. I have made this lasagna for my family for a very long time. When I asked my husband recently what he wanted for the main course at his birthday celebration with his family...he said "your lasagna." That is the best compliment I could get and it also confirms that I don't need to change a thing when I make "my lasagna."
